Database Expanded to 373 Species with Corresponding Tools and Modules Updates

Gene Retrieval: Expanded sequence information from 151 species to 178 species.
Gene Annotation: Increased annotation coverage from 137 species to 182 species.
Literature Database: Includes literature on 343 species (increased from 286, reflecting the subset of the 373 species in the database with available literature), comprising 80,060 entries, with optimized filtering algorithms to exclude irrelevant articles and provide search results more precisely tailored to relevant keywords.
Data FTP Download: Expanded downloadable data to include annotation files in standard bioinformatics formats (GFF/GFF3), along with Genome, mRNA, CDS, and Protein sequence data for 373 species (up from 286). Please note that some data types may not be available for certain newly added species.
RNA-Seq and Small RNA-Seq Analysis: Comprehensive analysis results have been added for RNA-Seq and Small RNA-Seq datasets, extending support to the 373 species in the database (up from 286).
Transcription Factor (TF) Data Update: The transcription factor (TF) database has been updated to include new data for the additional species, bringing the total coverage to 373 species (up from 286).

New Feature Modules:
Integrated Analysis: A new tool added for comprehensive data analysis.
Phylogenetic Tree: A new tool introduced for evolutionary studies.
Search by GO: A new tool enabling searches based on Gene Ontology terms.
BLAST Module Update: Replaced the original BLAST tool with a more advanced BLAST software for improved performance and accuracy.

Note: Detailed updates on the new feature modules (Integrated Analysis, Phylogenetic Tree, and Search by GO), as well as the replacement and improvements in the BLAST module, will be provided in separate logs.
